The new flagship clinic in Solna Centrum redefines the customer journey by replacing the typical hospital-like atmosphere—often associated with anxiety—with an ambience centered on comfort and well-being. The interior strikes a balance: calming and approachable, yet still trustworthy and professional. Located within a shopping mall, the concept also integrates smart digital touchpoints. Storefront screens display the next available appointments, making it easy for customers to drop in spontaneously and lowering the threshold for booking a visit.
