Coop is one of Sweden’s largest grocery retailers, holding a 19% market share (2017). Its new flagship store is located in the vibrant Stockholm district of Hagastaden, focusing on convenience, food-tech, local produce, sustainability, and smart digital solutions like Scan & Pay.

Connected to the grocery store, Coop Bistro serves as a “second home” for the neighborhood—a place to eat, meet, and co-work. From early morning espresso to after-work drinks, it’s a home away from home.

The bistro integrates ingredients from Coop’s grocery assortment, such as pizza dough and toppings, allowing customers to experience the brand in a bistro setting. A small convenience area with self check-out also offers take-away options.
